Barbara Endell

Barbara Endell had studied business administration at the University of Technology of Berlin as well as at the University of Cologne. Subsequent to her university degree she first worked as a scientific employee and wrote her doctoral thesis with Prof. Dr. Dr. Ellinger. Subject of the thesis: ”Adaptable working hour models”. Since 1987 she has been working in different positions in the industry in the field of human resources management. In 2010 she took over the position as head of Executive Management. In addition, she chairs the division “Human Resources Policies with Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG.
