Dr Annette Kleinfeld

Dr Annette Kleinfeld is among the first German scientists in the field of Corporate Ethics, Corporate Values and Integrity Management. For almost 20 years she has engaged with these topics, frequently discussed under the keywords "Corporate Social Responsibility" and "Compliance".

The author and editor of numerous scientific papers and articles studied Philosophy, German Philology and Theatre Studies and received a PhD for her research on ethically based business and Human Resource Management. She also worked in various businesses and branches.

Dr Annette Kleinfeld founded Dr. Kleinfeld CEC - Corporate Excellence Consultancy in 2004. Additionally since October 2008 she has led the commercial operations of the ZfW Compliance Monitor GmbH, which specialises in the qualitative assessment of compliance management systems.

For many years Dr Annette Kleinfeld has been a board member of the German (DNWE) and European Business Ethics Networks (EBEN). In March 2010 she was again elected onto the executive board of DNWE and is also deputy chairwoman. From 2005 on she was involved as an expert member of the German delegation to the international standardisation project ISO 26000. She is also a frequent speaker at industry, public and academic events.
