Minou Tikrani
Minou Tikrani is managing partner of Konstruktiv PR-Beratungsgesellschaft mbH and with her team provides consultancy for companies and individuals on positioning, communication, and reputation management. By the mid-90s, Minou Tikrani was busy getting to know new media and developed web relations, the maintenance of public relations on the Internet, today called social media or Web 2.0.
Minou Tikrani began her further education with a degree in business administration, completed a diploma in architecture and graduated from the Axel Springer School of Journalism. She worked for four years on the editorial team of the Hamburger Abendblatt before founding her agency in 1992.
The 52-year-old manager invests a lot of energy in the training and development of young people. As a teacher and mentor she provides support to the PR specialists and managers of tomorrow as they embark on their careers.
Minou Tikrani volunteers her time as a board member of VEEK (Versammlung eines Ehrbaren Kaufmanns zu Hamburg), on the committee of Frauen in der Immobilienwirtschaft (women in the real estate industry), in the German Property Federation (ZIA) and in the German Public Relations Association (DPRG).
Minou Tikrani has two daughters aged 10 and 14, enjoys walks with her dog and has a passion for sailing.
